Returns
We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery for eligible products.
To qualify for a return:
• The product must be unused and in its original condition
• Product should be returned with original packaging
• Proof of purchase/order ID is required
Damaged or Wrong Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the product and packaging.
Once verified, we will provide a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation will not be possible.
Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.
• Prepaid Orders: Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
• COD Orders: Refunds are processed via bank transfer within 7-10 business days.
Delayed or Missing Refunds
